How to create a Glacier individual record
- Determine if you are required to complete a Glacier individual record. If you are unsure, see "Who is Required to Use GLACIER?".
- Please complete the GLACIER Access Request Form once. TR&C manually reviews all request forms received. Multiple submissions for the same person will delay the review process.
- TCC receives the Glacier access request form, reviews and grants Glacier access.
- The Glacier system will send an email message from support@online-tax.net with the temporary Glacier login information.
- Log in to Glacier (link here) using the temporary User ID and Password provided to you. After you enter your temporary User ID and Password, Glacier will prompt you to create your own new User ID and Password.
- Now that you have created your account and set up access, you will need to enter information pertaining to your Income type(s), Immigration visa status, travel history, in addition to personal identification information.
- After you have entered all required information, you will click on 'Print Forms' to download your Tax Summary Report, which will state all of the required documents needed for submission.
- Once you have obtained all of the required documents and signatures, please submit your Glacier documents via the secure tax drop link. DO NOT submit your Glacier documents via email.
- TCC staff will review your submitted documents. If your submission is complete, you will receive a “Thank you. We received
your Glacier forms and document copies” message. No further action is needed from you. - If your Glacier submission is incomplete (missing signatures, forms, etc.), TCC staff will NOT save your submission. TCC staff will ask you to resubmit all of your Glacier forms and document copies in a new Tax Drop submission. TCC staff will only follow up with individuals via email if there are any additional questions and/or verification requests.
