We have some important updates on our services and deadlines, in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Update on Summer Session Billing (July 31)
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • We have two important dates that you will need to be aware of this month: Summer Session II Final Fee Payment Deadline is August 10, 2020.

    If you’re Summer Session II and any prior term balance is not paid by this date, you will be dropped from your scheduled classes for non-payment.  If you are participating in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) your second installment is due by August 15, 2020.  Refund checks for Summer Session II will be available on August 3, 2020.

    If you haven't signed up for Direct Deposit, we strongly encourage you to visit our website at and enroll as soon as possible to ensure you receive your refunds timely.  During this time, access to paper checks will be very limited, please sign up for Direct Deposit here

Office Hours and Online Resources

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.

  • The Cashier and Payment Solutions Office will be closed, but will have limited staff on-site from Monday through Thursday to process checks received through mail or dropped in our drop box.
