We have some important updates on our services and deadlines, in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Update on Fall Quarter Billing (August 25)
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Fall 2020 tuition and fees have been assessed, and all authorized financial aid for the term should be credited to your UC Davis account. If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 to avoid being dropped from your Fall Quarter Classes. Financial aid will disburse to your account on September 21, 2020 and Student Housing fees will post to your account on September 18, 2020.  Refunds will be available for eligible students on September 30, 2020.

    If you would like to enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP), students and their authorized users can enroll online at To use the DPP, you must apply and make the first payment by September 15, 2020 to avoid the drop for non-payment process. If you haven't signed up for Direct Deposit, we strongly encourage you to visit our website at and enroll as soon as possible to ensure you receive your refunds timely.  During this time, access to paper checks will be very limited, please sign up for Direct Deposit here

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is November 19, 2020.  Any Graduate Student with a balance after November 19, 2020 will be cancelled from their future term.  All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment and a late registration fee will be assessed.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.

  • Cashier and Payment Solutions Office Closed; Limited Staff Available
  • The Cashier and Payment Solutions Office will be closed, but will have limited staff on-site from Monday through Thursday to process checks received through mail or dropped in our drop box.
