Welcome to AggieBudget Training

About Training Modules

AggieBudget training modules make it easier for you to get the training you need (and skip what you don’t need). Below is a guide to the training modules designed to prepare you for your AggieBudget role(s). Each module is between 15 and 90 minutes long.

Please note: You must be a registered AggieBudget user to access the system and training environment. If you do not have an account, please work with your Department Admin to submit a New User Form in AggieBudget.

Required Training Modules by AggieBudget User Access Role

AggieBudget Department Admin

Now available in the UC Learning Center

An AggieBudget Department Admin authorizes new users within their Org and submits New User Forms for approval.

Required Course

Department Administrator Training

After completing this online course, users should be able to describe the responsibilities of a Dept Admin, describe the AggieBudget security model, choose the best user access role for other AggieBudget users within their unit, and know how to submit requests for new user access and changes to existing user access. It is important that all Dept Admins take this training to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the crucial role they play in the system’s security model.
