Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Fall Quarter 2025 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Winter Quarter 2026 Registration begins on November 3, 2025. Make sure to pay any outstanding balances including your Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) final payment for Fall Quarter by November 15, 2025.  If you have a registration hold on your account, your ability to register will be suspended until your balance is paid in full.  To view your current holds, please visit https://myucdavis.ucdavis.edu. 
    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is November 13, 2025. Any Graduate Student with a balance after November 13, 2025, will be canceled from their future term.

Office Hours and Online Resources
  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  During the Summer, Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed to the public on Fridays.  We are still available by telephone and email. 

  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
