This month’s main topic will be introducing an Implementation & Navigation Checklist. At the request of and in collaboration with several different highly experienced AggieBudget users, we have worked to develop a high-level, comprehensive checklist of how to tackle creating a budget in AggieBudget from A to Z. This is a collection of best practices, but it certainly is not exhaustive, set in stone or the only way to go about it. During the session, we will open discussion for input and would love to hear other perspectives so that we can fine tune the checklist to be a more useful tool to users. So whether you’re an AggieBudget pilot veteran or are just beginning your implementation journey this budget cycle, we hope this session and checklist will be an insightful and useful resource for you and your team.
